Project Description

This BOI-approved project features two towers with a basement, comprising a total of 12 suspended floors above the ground level. The structure includes three levels of parking and accommodates 160 beds. It is supported by a raft foundation and utilizes contiguous bored piles with a diameter of 300 mm for shoring. The total floor area of the development is 184,122 square feet.
